I have always known that nepotism and favoritism run wild in the food and beverage industry.
I have been the favorite and I have at times been the unlucky one you might say. I prefer to work hard ignore the bullshit and believe things will balance out. As a manager I do not play favorites except that I do shower the hard workers with praise. I am who I am today because of hard workers that made me look great. I hope I have done the same for a few managers I’ve had.
Now I write this mostly to vent but to remind the world to do it right. Screw the nay Sayers who only will put forth an effort for cash not because they know its right. I will continue to do so also believing that once again I will rise to the top and persevere.
I used to be a Catering & Sales Manager for banquet centers and a hotel…so I know F & B…and BEO’s!
I make catering managers dreams come true lol. I make their life easy
Oops…forgot to say…that’s cool you are a good manager!
Why yes I am

You are sooo right on the money with that statement
Great Manager
